Patrol Operations is overseen by Captain Jim Kraus. The City is divided into in 14 team areas. Each area is staffed by assigned Team Area Officers. Currently, there are 134 officers assigned to patrol. Officers work 12 hour shifts. There are four shifts (two day shifts, two night shifts).
